Simulation-based education has become an integral part of and training in high-risk professions disciplines such as aviation, aerospace, military, nuclear power plants, medicine healthcare. In the last decade, medical simulation globally emerged a powerful instructional technique across various specialties disciplines. Despite its increasing popularity advantages, simulation-based (SBME) poses unique challenge, that is, realism.
